Returns

Changed your mind? Return unworn, uncut laces in their original Specimen tube within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@aglace.in with your order number and we’ll arrange a pickup or share the return address.

Laces that have been cut to length, worn or laced into shoes can’t be returned. Numbered and certificate pieces (Test Pressing, Matrix Number, Deluxe Box Set) can only be returned with their certificate and seal intact.

Damaged or wrong item

If your tube arrives cracked or you got the wrong colourway, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it at no cost, including shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different length? We exchange once per order, free, as long as the laces are unworn and uncut.

Refunds

Once the return reaches us and passes inspection, we refund within 2 business days. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method (banks usually take 5–7 business days to show it). Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a UPI ID or bank account you share with us. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number.
